How decentralized is the active set? Nakamoto coefficient (min operators to halt liveness / control safety), Gini coefficient, Lorenz curve, and multi-ID operator clustering. All numbers roll up at the authAddress level — multi-ID operators (e.g. one operator running 4 validator IDs) are counted as a single operator.
